Nature Medicine: Mindfulness in Nature

A Retreat for Wellbeing, Connection, and Renewal

The Retreat

Join Us

Throughout the retreat, you’ll explore the forest landscape through both mindful awareness practices such as guided meditation and scientific curiosity—identifying local birds and trees, noticing ecological patterns, and reading basic wildlife tracks. Research shows that this kind of immersive, nature-based attention can reduce stress, support immune function, and restore balance to the nervous system.
